TAKE NOTICE THAT the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Law Society of the Northwest Territories will take place at the following date, time and location:
Saturday, December 5, 2009 - 9:00 AM
The Explorer Hotel - Janvier Room
4825 - 49th Avenue
Yellowknife, Northwest Territories
The Annual General Meeting shall be immediately followed by a meeting of the present and newly elected members of the Executive.

Travel Subsidy
A travel allowance of $300.00 will be provided to assist resident members, who do not live in Yellowknife, in attending the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Law Society of the Northwest Territories on Saturday, December 5, 2009. To receive this allowance, subsidy forms must be signed and returned to the Law Society staff at the Annual General Meeting. Forms are available at the meeting.
Motions
To assist in the accurate recording of motions and to ensure that members are aware of the substance of those motions, motion sheets are available at the Law Society office, on this web page, and at the Annual General Meeting. Please follow the instructions for completion. Completed motions will be retained by the Law Society.
