34th Annual General Meeting
The 34th Annual General Meeting of the Law Society of the Northwest Territories will take place at the following date, time and location:
Saturday, December 3, 2011 - 9:00 AM
The Champagne Room
2nd Floor, 5004 50th Avenue
Yellowknife, Northwest Territories
The Annual General Meeting shall be immediately followed by a meeting of the present and newly elected members of the Executive.

Travel Subsidy
A travel allowance of $300.00 will be provided to assist resident members who do not live in Yellowknife in attending the Annual General Meeting. To receive this allowance, subsidy forms must be signed and returned to the Law Society staff at the Meeting. Forms will be available at the Meeting.
Motions
To assist in the accurate recording of motions and to ensure that members are aware of the substance of those motions, motion sheets are available at the Law Society office, on this web page, and at the Annual General Meeting. Please follow the instructions for completion. Completed motions will be retained by the Law Society.
