Members have requested the following notices be delivered to the profession:
- Candace J. Seddon (Inuvik, NT) will be out of her office from June 29, 2010 to July 26, 2010. Further, the Beaufort Delta Law Office will be closed from June 29, 2010 to July 9, 2010. For urgent matters, please contact the Legal Services Board at (867) 873-7450.
- The office of Cayley Thomas (Yellowknife, NT) will be closed from July 1, 2010 until August 4, 2010.

Notice of Environmental Assessment
Pursuant to paragraph 125(1)(b) of the Mackenzie Valley Resource Management Act, the Mackenzie Valley Environmental Impact Review Board is beginning an environmental assessment of the Nechalacho Rare Earth Element Project at Thor Lake, 100 kilometres east of Yellowknife.
