As Canada is only party to the Hague Convention on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters, I am writing to seek your comments with regard to any issues in relation to the application of the Convention in Canada or abroad that you are aware of as practitioners. I would very much appreciate if you could send me your comments by email by January 30, 2009, so that they are taken into account in the preparation for the Special Commission.
